Predictions for 2017

Welcome to 2017 – It’s promising to be a very interesting year, right from the get-go! I hope the Christmas/New Year season brought with it some well-deserved rest and reflection time for you and you begin the year refreshed and inspired.

In PageUp Talent Lab, we’re looking forward to an eventful year. Almost certainly, we will see a continuation (in fact, acceleration) of the change momentum that has been steadily building, in business and in HR.

In March we will be launching our latest book, CLIFFHANGER, HR on the Precipice in the Future of Work. This has been a fascinating research and writing project and I’m really excited to be sharing it with you, especially as it holds many insights from our Talent Lab contributions. Alison Brady and I will share more details in the coming weeks.
